What happens after my 14-day trial? +
You'll be asked to choose a plan. If you don't, your account is paused — never deleted. All your data is preserved for 90 days.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Is there a startup or non-profit discount? +
Non-profits get 40% off any plan (verification required). Startups under 2 years old with fewer than 10 employees get 50% off Growth. Email hello@nexaflow.io to apply.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal, and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can request custom invoicing with 30-day payment terms.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
