How much does NexaFlow cost? +
Plans start at CHF 29/month (Starter, up to 5 users). Growth is CHF 89/month (up to 25 users). Business is CHF 199/month (up to 100 users). Enterprise is custom-priced. Annual billing saves 20%. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal, and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can request custom invoicing with 30-day net payment terms. Swiss VAT is applied for CH customers; EU VAT for EU customers.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees and there are no refunds for partial months.
How does the annual billing discount work? +
Choose annual billing at signup or from Settings → Billing to save 20% off the monthly rate. You pay 12 months upfront in one invoice. Switching from monthly to annual is instant; switching back takes effect at your next renewal.
Where can I download my invoices? +
Invoices are auto-generated monthly and available as PDF from Settings → Billing → Invoice history. You can also set an accounting email to receive invoices automatically.
Is there a startup or non-profit discount? +
Yes! Non-profits receive 40% off any plan (requires charity registration verification). Startups under 2 years old with fewer than 10 employees receive 50% off the Growth plan. Email hello@nexaflow.io to apply.
Plans & features
What's included in the free trial? +
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to all Growth plan features: all 8 NexaFlow products, 50GB storage, up to 25 users, priority support, and API access. No credit card needed to start.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes, anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated (you only pay for the remaining days). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? +
Your data is always preserved. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., too many users or storage over the limit), access to the excess data becomes read-only until you either upgrade or remove the excess.
Is NexaShop (e-commerce) available on the Starter plan? +
No. NexaShop requires the Growth plan or above. The Starter plan includes NexaProjects (Kanban only), NexaDocs, and NexaChat.
What integrations does NexaFlow support? +
Native integrations include Slack, GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, Mailchimp, and Shopify. Via Zapier, 5,000+ additional apps are supported. Full API (REST + GraphQL) is available on Growth and above.
Setup & onboarding
How long does setup take? +
Most teams are up and running in under 30 minutes. Basic setup (account, first project, invite team) takes 5–10 minutes. Importing existing data from spreadsheets or other tools typically takes another 15–20 minutes using our import wizard.
Can I import data from Asana, Jira, or Trello? +
Yes. We support direct import from Asana, Jira, Trello, and Basecamp. For other tools, you can import via CSV. Go to Settings → Import data and follow the wizard.
Do you offer onboarding help? +
Growth and Business plans include access to our onboarding documentation and video library. Business plan customers get a 1-hour onboarding call with our team. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Security & compliance
Is NexaFlow GDPR compliant? +
Yes. NexaFlow is fully GDPR compliant. We're a Swiss company subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), which aligns with GDPR. We offer Data Processing Agreements (DPA) on request. Your data is stored in Frankfurt (primary) and Amsterdam (backup), or Zurich for Enterprise customers.
What security certifications do you have? +
NexaFlow is SOC 2 Type II certified and ISO 27001 certified. We're HIPAA-ready for Enterprise customers in healthcare. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Can I export all my data? +
Yes. All plans support data export in CSV, JSON, and XML from Settings → Export. Business and Enterprise plans can request a full backup ZIP archive of all workspace data. After cancellation, your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted.
Is SSO / SAML available? +
SSO and SAML 2.0 are available on Business and Enterprise plans. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0-compatible identity provider. Setup instructions are in the documentation.
NexaFlow Shop (hardware & merch)
Where do you ship to? +
We ship to Switzerland (free over CHF 100, otherwise CHF 9.90) and the EU (CHF 19.90 flat rate). Shipping times: 1–7 business days in Switzerland, 3–8 days in the EU depending on the product.
What is your return policy for physical products? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Swiss orders include a free return label. Email shop@nexaflow.io to initiate a return.
Do you offer bulk orders for the NexaDesk or NexaChair? +
Yes. For orders of 5 or more desks or chairs, contact us at hello@nexaflow.io for a bulk quote. We offer 10–15% off on orders of 5–20 units and custom pricing for larger orders.
API & integrations
What is the API rate limit? +
Growth plan: 1,000 requests/minute. Business plan: 5,000 requests/minute. Enterprise: unlimited (fair use). Hitting the limit returns HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header. GraphQL requests count as one call regardless of query complexity.
Do you offer a GraphQL API? +
Yes, GraphQL is available alongside our REST API on Growth and above. The GraphQL endpoint is https://api.nexaflow.io/graphql. Both APIs use the same Bearer token authentication.
